Cecilia, was an outstanding caregiver for our children, especially our son Aubrey. She worked for us for almost 2 years and over that time developed a special bond with Aubrey. She truly went above and beyond her duties, she helped out with chores, cooking, cleaning. She was always on time, never missed a day and was flexible with adjusting schedules. We really couldn’t have asked for a better caregiver, we would highly recommend Cecilia to anyone needing childcare. We have had a few caregivers in our children’s lives and Cecilia is by far the best. We were very sad to see her leave.

In order to come up with an appropriate rate, you should first take into account the minimum wage for your area. Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
